Our repair policy - no nasty surprises
Our policy is that we will diagnose your computer and come back to you with a report over the telephone before making any repairs. You can can then decide if it is worthwhile repairing the unit. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you will pay only a small diagnosis charge.
We have many years of experience in diagnosing computer failures and can normally diagnose and repair the unit within one to two days.
Notebook / laptop computers
Laptop problems can be very difficult to diagnose and repair due to the construction of this type of computer. We will examine your system and if we are unable to repair it, we can refer you to a specialist company. Please bear in mind that laptop repairs tend to be more expensive than with desktop computers because of the more specialised knowledge that is required.
